Cleanse Health & Co uses Australia Post postal service to ship your parcels. Our estimated processing time is 1-2 business days + shipping time.
You will receive an email with a tracking number for your parcel once it has been sent out. Please note once parcels are dispatched, we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise.
Australia wide Shipping
$15 – Standard: 7-12 working days
$35 – Express : 2-5 working days
We do not post to PO BOX or Parcel Locker addresses. If you place an order with either, it will automatically be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges
All items purchased from Cleanse Health & Co are packed carefully to ensure safe delivery. Each item is checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. However, unfortunately from time to time your items may be damaged during transit.
For breakages and exchange requests, please contact us via email at admin@cleansehealthandco.com within 72 hours of receiving your parcel. Refund and store credits will be issued at the discretion of Cleanse Health & Co and will require a photo image of the damaged item and packaging. We do not do refunds or exchanges on products simply because you changed your mind on your product selection.
