Having always been spiritual and conscious about my health and well-being, I was intuitively lead to combine my love of Zyia Activewear with my life long passion for fitness, healthy lifestyle choices and alternative healing methods. I am obsessed with Crystals, Gemstone Jewellery, Essential Oils, Activewear & Fitness. So I took the dream of working for myself and evolved it into Cleanse Health & Co.I am so excited to share with you, all the daily rituals and healing tools I rely on to stay strong, fit, healthy & young..
